I am an Executive Assistant for an office here in NV and we typically have to reach out to a tech rep located in CA in order to get our printer serviced. The CA rep was claiming we needed a whole new hard drive to fix our printer issues and I ended up calling Sunrise Office Systems to see if they could help. OMG… I’m so happy that I did. They quickly determined we didn’t need a new hard drive and solved the problem quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. I called them back a day later to ask if they might be able to help us move the copier to a new location and I was surprised to hear that they offered that service as well. I’m putting them on speed dial. I’m so happy I found them!

Like many of you, I also found Sunrise on Google. I hired them to fix my Canon copier about a month ago. Kyle and Renee run their own company and both are very pleasant to work with. Kyle has a great attitude and a very calm demeanor that I absolutely appreciate. They stand behind their warranty and he will not give up until he fixes your machine.
