I am an Executive Assistant for an office here in NV and we typically have to reach out to a tech rep located in CA in order to get our printer serviced. The CA rep was claiming we needed a whole new hard drive to fix our printer issues and I ended up calling Sunrise Office Systems to see if they could help. OMG… I’m so happy that I did. They quickly determined we didn’t need a new hard drive and solved the problem quickly and for an extremely reasonable price. I called them back a day later to ask if they might be able to help us move the copier to a new location and I was surprised to hear that they offered that service as well. I’m putting them on speed dial. I’m so happy I found them!
Like many of you, I also found Sunrise on Google. I hired them to fix my Canon copier about a month ago. Kyle and Renee run their own company and both are very pleasant to work with. Kyle has a great attitude and a very calm demeanor that I absolutely appreciate. They stand behind their warranty and he will not give up until he fixes your machine. I am grateful I found them and certainly will continue to use him for all my copier repairs.
I have been working with these guys for over a year now for all my printing needs. I am in a very busy manufacturing company and printing is a big part of our daily routine. Whenever I have a problem or need, Kyle and Renee are always there. They treat us like we are their only client and respond to our service request in a timely manner. Their... read more communication throughout getting a new copier, taking our old machine, getting it all set up and even working with our IT department to get everything running perfectly. We had issues with our scan, and they came out not only once, but twice to make sure it was all running. I would highly recommend them over and over again.

The seller was in California and delivered it on the back of an F350 pickup. We rolled it off using an 8 ft ramp I built. The seller took off, and I wrestled the thing (400 lbs worth) into my house.
When I plugged it in, I got an error message. Aw crap!
Conversations with Canon and others stoked, rather than assuaged, my fears. One unscrupulous seller of refurbished copiers assured me that my machine was toast, not worth fixing, that repairs would be in the thousands of dollars.
A little browsing of Yelp! brought me to Sunrise Office Systems. I left a message, expecting a call back on Monday. Instead, I received a call Sunday night from Renee, who assured me that Kyle would be able to stop by on Monday to look at the machine.
My copier is now in good working order. The cost? Two hours of labor (mostly cleaning and adjustments), plus a small adapter to get my copier networked on my wi-fi.
If you have a copier that needs fixed...CALL THE BEST, SKIP THE REST. Small business take note: This is the copier repair you are looking for.

We... read more love that they actually do what they say and don't try to B.S. us or our customers. They come in and do the work. Their rates are reasonable and cheaper than other companies. If you are having and issue with your copier or printer they will get you up and running again. As a side note, they DO NOT work on inkjet printers.

Renee and Kyle of SOS dealt with the issue like it was an ordinary problem and did not give me any excuses as to why it wouldn't be fixable or why I need to get a new machine instead. They were very professional and personable and most importantly, they got the machine and thus my company up and running in no time. I highly recommend their services!
